Beverly Hills, CA

Ahh, the ever popular and luxurious Beverly Hills in California. Who could forget Julia Robert’s shopping spree in the Pretty Woman at Rodeo Drive or Richard Gere’s unlimited spending power?

Surrounded by Los Angeles, CA, Beverly Hills is the symbol of luxury. From high end shopping to exotic cars, there’s not many cities that can give you the experience quite like this one. If you are by the area and don’t visit, you are doing yourself a disservice.

Shopping in Rodeo Drive

rodeo driveLet’s just say that you aren’t really into fashion if you haven’t heard of Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Situated in the heart of the city, the street is filled with ultra luxury brands like Louis Vuitton and Gucci (just to name two).

There are street parking on both sides but good luck find those spots (there are parking garages nearby as an alternative). Even if a space comes up, you might want to think twice because the cars parked adjacent to you might all be worth more than people’s residences.

Other Landmarks in Beverly Hills

Beverly Wilshire Hotel

Located at the cross street of Rodeo Drive and Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Wilshire Hotel was where Richard Gere and Julia Roberts stayed in the movie “Pretty Woman”. The beautiful hotel changed owners a couple times through the years (it is now managed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts) but it is still in tip top shape.

Greystone Park

The former estate of a prominent oil baron is now a registered historical landmark and open to the public for weddings, ceremonies and filming. The city has built over 18 acres of parkland surrounding the mansion and it’s open daily for thousands of visitors to see. For more information, contact:

I love the shopping there (not that I could afford it). In addition to Rodeo Dr, the whole surrounding area is filled with high end shops as well as that small street just can’t fit all the nice stores from around the world.

If you go to Beverly Hills and shop at LV, tell Joe I said Hi. He’ll take care of you.
